La Cueva 2 BR, 1 BA, cabin on 1.2 acres |

You might think that the photos above are a weird way of showing the home but I wanted to show you how the cabin was laid out in relation to the land. Upper left photo taken from the entry road and eastern boundary. Upper right photo take from the southern boundary and looking at the back of the garage and front of the home/cabin. |

I threw in the upper left photo just to keep the outside photos together, I really wanted to show you the one car, log garage and I would give anything to have this garage at my home but I cannot get the owner to give it to me. That garage has to be the cutest garage in the mountains. You have noticed that I have been calling this property a "home/cabin"; this home/ cabin is set up to be a year around home and also could be a recreational cabin. With a little work, the garage could be turned into a place for guests. |

Upper left photo was taken from the living room looking into the kitchen. At the very end of the room is one entry way and that is the mud room and also the utility room where the washer, dryer, water heater and water softener are located. The washer and dryer stay with the home. There is a one year old refridge that stays with the cabin. Look at the door in the upper left photo and that is the entry to the enclosed porch and another entry into the home/ cabin. Upper right photo is looking back to where I took the upper left photo. You can see where there was once a fireplace was and where the pellet stove is located. You can see the propane heater before the pellet stove. In front of the propane heater is the door to the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. In both photos can see the exposed beams, the T&G ceiling and the Oak floors. The oak floors extend into the bedrooms. |
