La Cueva 4.2 acres by National Forest

There is a road that runs North/South and splits this 4.2 acre tract of land with approximately 1.5 acres on the side and the balance on the East side.  The upper photos are looking at the a building spot that is about 1 acre in size and very flat and located on the East side of the road, close to the southern boundary and next to National Forest.   The upper right photo shows the same area but taken from the southern boundary, also National Forest and you can see the National Forest stake on the lower left corner.

Lets jump to the West side of the road and just as you enter the property from National Forest you have this real nice building spot as shown in the upper left photo. Let's walk a little further West and you come to other building spots included in the upper right photo where you can look down at the San Antonio River and even look at the riverfront property I have listed.  The upper right photo shows a road, that road has nothing to do with anything and you can build right on top of the road.  You can definitely hear the river from both spots.

Upper left shows a building spot on the West side and the upper right photo shows a building spot on the East side and both spots very accessible.  As I stated earlier, there is no electric in the area but there is plenty of southern exposure all over this 4.2 acres so we, actually you, should be able to go with solar power and solar panels are a tax deduction.  Let's go green.
