Lots 8, Elk Valley Subdivision, Winter photos |

Upper right is looking more NE with the upper right a little more NNE and both were taken from the road. The knob on the middle right of both photos would be one of the building spots on Lot 8. By the way Lot 8 already has a common driveway into the lot. |

Upper left photo was taken from the common corner of Lots 8 and 9 and looking at pretty much all of lot 8. Upper right photo is taken at the middle of lot 8 looking the knob building spot and closer to the road. Both photos are looking SW. To my back is National Forest & the Valles Calderas; Lot #8 is bounded by National Forest for 143.90 ft and the Valles Caldera 39.08 ft. Interesting, huh? Lot 8 looks like it a steep lot but is not. |

Lot 8 from 2 angles; upper left looking more or less West and upper right looking more or less North. On thing that is noticeable is the upper right photo where obviously South is to my back and you can see where the snow has melted off that South facing slope. Lot 8 is not as heavily wooded as it looks. Also, if you want to see elk out your back and front doors, you will not have any problem seeing them in the Spring, Summer and Fall and thus the reason for the name Elk Valley. And now you know the rest of the story. |
