La Cueva cabin on 3.15 acres

Let's start with the fixer upper part; the roof currently has composition shingles and if you look at the left side of the cabin you can see the chimney; there is a leak next to the chimney and right now the leak looks like it is still between the shingles and the decking.  There is a chance that a couple sheets of decking needs replacement.  If needed, do it, then install a propanel roof.  At the gable end of the  cabin there are some broken double pane windows; my suggestion would be to replace all of the windows with some newer and maybe larger double pane windows.  Look at the upper right photo and to the right of the chimney and I do not see any water stains there.  You can also see the double pane windows at the gable end of the cabin.

Can you find "Waldo"?  Oops, wrong game.  Can you see the cabin?  The upper left photo was taken from the entry road and more or less looking West; the eastern boundary line is about 1/2 way into the tree line and the cabin is sitting on top of  the bench.   Look to the left and you can see the driveway; the upper right photo was taken from the driveway and now you can see the view of Redondo.  Once you are at the cabin you can barely see Redondo, you need to do a little day lighting to open up the view and also get some more southern exposure.

This is a small cabin.  Upper left photo shows the hallway with the bathroom to the right just as you enter the hallway and the 2 small bedrooms are to the right and left at the end of the hall.  There is a 3rd loft bedroom.  Upper right photo show the kitchen and in the foreground the part of the living room.  Some sort of shield is need above the cook stove to protect from heat damage.  You can see where the sheetrock in the loft bedroom and under the stairs needs some painting.  The cook stove, refridge and some of the furniture stays with the cabin.
