La Cueva riverfront 4.2 acres |

|
On the upper left photo I am standing at the very southern boundary of the property. Upper left photo, I am standing by the North boundary looking down stream. River runs through the entire 4.2 acres. |

The San Antonio River runs North to South and the river splits the property with about 2.9 acres on the West side and about 1.3 acres on the East side. Both sides of the river are accessible, leaving the possibility of splitting the property into two parcels. Upper left photo shows a building spot on the East side of the river but to be honest with you, accessing this part would take a little work but not impossible. Look at the upper right photo and I am standing on a very accessible building spot of the property on the East side and it looks down at the river and down at the building spot in the upper left photo. You would need to construct a little road to access any building spots on the East side of the river, but again not impossible. |

Now let's look at the West side of the river; upper left photo was taken from the very southern boundary of the property, (remember West side of river), this is very flat and it looks like just outside the flood plain. There is also a 1.5 acre tract I sold late last year he has a dome structure not 150 ft from this building spot. Look at the upper right photo and you can see the same meadow with the photo taken from the East side of the river. As you can see from the left photo, there is a driveway to this spot. |
