Lot 71, Thompson Ridge Estates

The lot is rectangular and the length runs at a north easterly direction.  On the upper left photo I am standing more or less on the upper end of the western boundary line.  There lot is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with the entry road and cul-de-sac to my right.  Upper right photo is a close up of the lot with the cul-de-sac to my back.

Taken from the cul-de-sac a far view and a close view of the canopy.  The canopy is 27' by 12.5'; the septic system is behind the canopy, electric and water is to the canopy.  Look at the upper left photo and if you do want to build, that open area to the left of the canopy if the building spot where you will get some great southern exposure and views of San Antonio Mountain that is located in the Valles Caldera National Preserve.

There is some relevance to this photo; The draw is part of the lot and the lot runs down to the bottom of the draw; there is a trail located at the bottom left of the photo that runs down into the canyon, out to National Forest and directly into an ice cave.  The ice cave is a little over 1/4 mile, (?) from the lot and it is definitely cold in the Summer months.

If I show you this lot, I do not want to hear you say "part of the lot is down the draw and unusable".  Not necessarily so said the wise man; the trail is in the draw, it is cool in the Summer, you can use it as a toboggan run with extreme caution and you can use the trail to cross country ski into National Forest.  The one thing you have to remember is "you are in the mountains and most mountains are up and down and without up and down you do not have draws".
