Lot 72, Thomson Ridge Estates

I know the upper left photo is not a good one but I did order a new camera so bear with me.  The photo does give you a not so very good look at the outside of the home because I cannot get a good shot of the front of the home because I am downhill and everything in front of the home is downhill.  At the same time I cannot show you the new propanel roof.  For those buyers that want to utilized this home as year around, you will notice , (maybe with a better photo), the flowers that are surrounded by the chicken wire, (darn rabbits).  Chipmunks and squirrels were around also.  Nice porch where you can enjoy the southern exposure and the views, if you cut the trees, (remember, I did not say that).  You can see the logs in the upper right photo; those logs are there so you can sit around the fire pit which is located at the bottom right of the photo.  The metal tank that is in the photo is a hot tub that is heated by a wood fire; now that is bohemian, (translation; someone with unconventional lifestyle); and that is cool.  You might be able to walk around nude, but remember, your next door neighbor may not like that but that depends on what you look like in the nude.  The home is about 50 ft to the left of this recreational area.  You do have to come up an see how the whole place is meticulously landscape but not with busy landscape where you have to constantly maintain it.

Another look at the southern part of the living room.  The elk hide on the wall does not stay.  You can see the TV there and reception is from a satellite dish.  You may be able to receive the local Albuquerque TV stations from just a plain antenna.  The owners internet connection is from the dish but you may be able to get it from an ISP that services the area.  Upper right photo is the utility room and storage area; the washer and dryer DO NOT STAY with the home/cabin.   You may look at this home as a home or you look at this cabin as a cabin; in either case you will enjoy it anyway you want to enjoy it.

BACK

Upper left photo is obviously the kitchen with Hickory Beadboard kitchen cabinets with roll out drawers; Verde Butterfly Granite counter tops; deep double sink with cooper faucet/plant sprayer; refridegerator, cook stove, dishwasher & microwave are new and stay with the home.  Upper right photo shows the living room and the Schrader wood stove stays with the home.  The home has been custom painted inside and out.
