Tracts 1A and 2A, Los Ritos West |

In the upper left photo I am standing at the SW corner of Lot 1A showing a building spot in and amongst the 3 trees that are on the lot. There are other little trees but only 3 large pines. That hill you see in the back ground is National Forest. Upper right photo is looking North with Tract 1A at the very bottom of the photo. You can see the entry way into the property on the left side, National Forest on the left side of entry road. You can see State Road 126 amongst the trees in the middle part of the photo. Both lots have some nice views. |

Upper left photo is a view of both tracts and looking West; the tree line is the National Forest boundary. The greener parts within the photo are the springs in Tract 2A. The grass is a lot greener now. Upper right photo was taken from State Road 126 and obviously in the Fall. You can see the entry road to the Los Ritos West area. Don't yell at me for the dark photo above and below. |

I know you are yelling at me. Anyone that is a fly fisherman would wait around a half hour more and meander down toward the meandering Rio De Las Vacas and throw a fly into the river and most likely come out with a nice German Brown Trout. This photo was taken about 1.5 miles to the North of the Los Ritos West Tracts and this is right along State Road 126. The Las Vacas just keeps on going, passes Los Ritos West, passes the girl scout camp and ends up meeting the Cebolla and becomes the Guadalupe River. This meeting is about 15 miles down river. You don't think there are fish in the Las Vacas? Well, think again. There are about 15 Rainbow Trout in the upper right photo which were part of about 40 just swimming around just waiting for you child or grandchild. This photo was taken about 1/4 mile downstream from the Los Ritos West Tracts. |
