Eagle Heights Subdivision, 1A1

Tract 1A1, is 5.13 acres and is bounded by State Highway 4 and is accesses by the State Highway 4.  The upper right photo is looking right in the middle of the tract with the upper left is looking a little more North.  There are numerous building spots on this tract.  You can build down at the bottom and close to the highway or construct a  road to the get to one of numerous building spots where you would get some real nice views.

Again, as soon as I get my new camera I will get some view photo from Tract 1A1.  This shot was taken from Tract 1B1, (already sold) but his photo does not really give justice to Tract 1A1.  I am showing you this photo to give you an idea of some of the views and especially the views so the canyon rim which contain some tent rock outcroppings.

This is an overall view of part Eagle Heights South and Eagle Heights North with Tract 1A1 right smack dab in the center.  It is pretty much all of the bowl.  There are numerous building spots throughout Tract 1A1.  You can see all the building spots down by the highway and if you look just a little left of center you can see a little bench and that is where you will get some real nice 380 degree views.   The price of $150,000 for 5.13 acres is a steal.
