Approximate 4.5 acres in Caņon

Upper left photo shows the property looking more or less East; you can see the pasture land and the Cottonwoods in the back and that is where the Guadalupe River is.  Upper right photo is a reverse shot looking back West.  Remember there are/is 3.9 acre feet of irrigation rights that come with the property and irrigation rights are real expensive right now and forever.

Upper left photo is looking more or less South and down river, upper Right photo is looking more or less North and up stream.  The upper right photo shows the confluence of the Guadalupe River, (left fork), and the Jemez River, (right fork).  This confluence is not on the property and is located approximately 150 ft from the SE corner of the property.  The confluence is on National Forest.  How about tying a rope on the branch and swinging on to the river; your grandkids paradise.

Looking North and all of that part of the river is within the 4.5 acres.
