Eagle Heights Subdivision, Tract 2A

Tract 2A, 3.10 acres and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, (for those that are into Feng Shui, I guess this lot is not for you).  The property is flat for about two thirds then moderate to steep.  What comes with this lot is privacy, views and all kinds of southern exposure.

The upper left photo shows an old road on the property, this is a private drive for this lot and not an easement for any other lots.  The driveway, which runs South to North all the way to the northern end of the property.  The upper left photo along with the upper right photo also shows you how flat the property is.

The immediate left photo shows a view of Redondo and once you build a home or cabin, you can get a view of the Jemez Canyon and a view down South towards Soda Dam.

My camera decided to retire and I need to buy another one; I will get some other photos of this lot.

BACK

Eagle Heights is really split into 2 parts with one part called Eagle Heights South and Eagle Heights North with Tract 1A1, splitting both.  The above photo shows Eagle Heights South.  Look at the bottom where the highway is located and see the big cut in the road, above the road cut is Tract 2A.  You can see how flat it is then starts to rise toward the West.  There were 5 lots within Eagle Heights South and Tract 2A is the only one left.  I cannot figure out why this lot is still on the market because it is one of my favorites and one of the best lots within Eagle Heights South.  Tract 2A is one real nice lot and for the price of $87,000,  and that is one good deal.
