Eagle Heights Subdivision, Tract 1C1 & part Tract 1D1 |

Tract 1C1 is a 4.77 acre tract that starts out flat, then benches and then benches again. Once you reach the benches you will have all kinds of northern, southern and eastern views. If you call looking straight into a hillside a view, then you have a western view also. This is the lot where the seller will construct a road to the first bench; once there, it is up to you to construct a driveway to the 2nd bench but that is no big deal. The 3 photos show the northern view with the upper 2 showing a close and far view. |
The left and right photos show the flat part of Tract 1D1, 3.25 acres. This lot has a lot of privacy and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. If you look at the upper left hand side of the right photo you can see a hill and that hill could be a building spot with a fairly nice view of Jemez Canyon to the North and Redondo. Tract 1D1 is bounded by National Forest on one part of the property on the North. The northern boundary also has a spring on the property. As soon as I get my camera, I will have some more photos of Tract 1D1, or lets comes and look all the tracts within Eagle Heights. By the way, |

The left photo shows the view to the South off of Tract 1C1. There is a view of Soda dam and the ridge line with red rock that over looks Jemez Springs. The above photo shows Eagle Height North; you can see State Highway 4 more or less at the bottom and if you look at the flat area just above the highway, that area is Where Tracts 1C1 and 1D1 are located. Look above the flat area and you can see the main bench and above that the 2nd bench for 1C1. Tract 1C1, 4.77 acres for $120,000 is a sweet deal and Tract 1D1, 3.25 acres for $75,000 is even sweeter. |
