Tracts "A" and "B", Lands Of Kenneth And Elizabeth Conwell Riverfront properties are hard to come by because there are not many river lots in private holdings. Riverfront properties in La Cueva are even harder to find because there are fewer river lots in private holdings in La Cueva. Riverfront properties anywhere in the Jemez do not stay on the market for very long. Larger tracts on the river are even harder to find; Tract "A" is 3.9 acres and Tract "B" is 3.5 acres. These 2 tracts will probably take me a little longer to sell because the majority of both properties have a lot of meadow and few trees. People like trees, even though trees make it a little cooler and you will be cooler especially when these tracts are in an elevation of around 8000 ft. Tract "A", 3.9 acres, this tract is about 3/4 of a mile off of State Road 126 and where the first 7 tenths mile of road is maintained by the county and the balance of the road is maintained by the different home owners, (5 home owners to be exact). The western end of Tract "A" does have some Blackjack Ponderosa Pines on it and you can hide in and amongst the trees. There is electricity on the property. The property goes to the center of the San Antonio river where the other half of the river belonging to Tract "B" You have to drill a well for water and there are numerous wells in the area with one well adjacent to Tract "A" being 49 ft in depth. With the river being on the property, the depth to water is shallow, "Duh". If you want some horse property, this is perfectly set up for horses. Tract "A" has boo koo, (also buku), southern exposure. I looked up boo koo in Google, (go ahead and check up on me). Tract "B", 3.5 acres is accessed off of State Road 126 and the driveway is a little steep, but you will get used to it. There is a spring on the property; (how is that for a shallow well?). If you are a Baptist, you have it made because there is a Baptist church to the West of tract "B" and if you are there on Saturday nights or Sunday mornings, you can just walk to church. There is electricity on the property. Great horse property and boo koo southern exposure. Tract "A", 3.9 acres, $275.000, reduced to $250,000 Tract "B", 3.5 acres, $225,000, reduced to $198,000 |
