Those Ponderosa Pines are creating the shadows although this property does have a lot of southern exposure. The home is accessed by a county maintained road. Speaking of trees, you can see the Aspens on the front yard, to the North and there are some on the West side and the upper right photo is looking directly West from the back of the home into National Forest. Aspens are really cool in the Fall. |

A look at the addition part and the 2X6 T & G walls and ceilings, this is considered a bedroom. You can see the wood stove but remember the home is also heated by forced air propane. |
