La Cueva Hermosa 1.7 acre lot

Upper left photo was taken form the county maintain road and you an see how mellow the driveway to your building spot.  Please note the electric pole and the phone at the edge of the road.  Upper right photo shows the primary building spot and if you look closely it has a Indian ruin there.  You would not build right on the ruin, probably just in front of it but there are plenty of other moderately sloped building spots.

Upper left photo was taken about a 100 ft. East of the building spot and you can see how mellow the topography is and how easy it would be to build a home or cabin here.  The further East you go the more seclusion you will find.  Upper right photo was taken a little South of the primary building spot and if you look closely you can see the green grass that is at the bottom of a little draw.  As you can tell, this lot is heavily wooded and some thinning should, (not necessary), be done.  Thinning brings in more sun and brings in a lot more grass and the grass holds more water and brings in more squirrels and birds.  It is a win, win.
