7-Springs,

3.98 acre lot on the Cebolla Creek

The upper left photo was taken from the entry road; the big Ponderosa Pine is approximately on the southern boundary line, the Cebolla Creek is to the left, (it will be survey at seller’s expense), just beyond the Ponderosa Pine and to the right is one building spot, the hill further up is the 2nd and in my opinion the main building spot and if you look at the upper right photo it shows the main building spot.  The travel trailer is not in good shape but does go with the property.  The photo to the left shows the back or behind the main building spots and you can see there are all kinds of building spots there.

The upper photos show the Cebolla Creek, (that is pretty obvious Ron Brown, 2.5 months until Spring and you are talking like that; you have a problem).  Believe me when I say there have been some 22 inch up to 25 inch German Brown Trout pulled out of this creek, (delusional, Ron Brown, delusional, you need help).  Remember there is approximately 540 ft of creek front on this property and I think there could be more but it has to be surveyed.

The left photo was taken from the entry gate at State Road 126, it is not that far from the highway.  Right photo shows a view from the end of the point & across the highway where I consider to be the main building spot.
